Emma takes an holistic attitude to her teaching. It's not just about the mosaic technique. She encourages her students to approach their work in a positive frame of mind, to put negative thoughts to one side and to believe they will achive great things! This is a completely different approach to any I have previously encountered.
Emma frequently talks about how much she learns from, and is inspired by her students. Mosaicing with Emma is a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience resulting in truly stunning mosaics!

Having seen lovely mosaics in Greece and Italy I never thought it was something that I could do...until I met Emma! Anything is possible in her inspiring classes and it is fascinating to see what other students make. I have gone down the 3-D route making sculptures and then applying the tesserae; every piece is a journey.
