Memorable Mosaics

Spanish Workshop Holiday Terms and Conditions.

1. Places can be held for the mosaic course with a completed booking form and deposit payment of £150 for each
  individual booking. (All deposits are non-refundable).
2. The balance payment is due no later than six weeks before the first day you are due to arrive on the workshop holiday. A
  reminder email will be sent.
3. Monthly payment plans can be arranged for the mosaic course. The final payment is due no later than six weeks before
  the first day you are due to arrive on the mosaic course. Reminders will not be sent for monthly payments.
4. Cancellation Policy:
  Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
  Full/part payments: For places paid in full, or part paid on monthly plans the following applies:
  - More than 6 weeks before the start of the mosaic course: 100% refund less the deposit
  - Up to 4 weeks before the start of the mosaic course: 50% refund less the deposit.
  - Less than 4 weeks before the start of the mosaic course no refund will be given, unless a replacement client can be
  found.
5. In the unlikely event that Memorable Mosaics has to cancel your mosaic course we will refund your payment with the
  exception of travel visas, flights, insurance and any other travelling costs. Notification of cancellation can be given up to 21
  days before the start of the course.
6. If you have requested for us to organise your airport/station transfers on arrival, you will be asked to pay the cost of the
  transfers in cash to us on arrival. You may be sharing the taxi with another client if their arrival or departure is concurrent with
  yours.
7. It is your responsibility to confirm your flight times with your airline before your outward and return journey.
8. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of private Travel Insurance with protection for the full duration of
  the course in respect of medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment, with adequate cover.
9. We do NOT accept any liability for:
  - Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife,
  industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations or other events beyond our control.
  - Participants' medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the course.
  - Loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.
